【摘要】：目的對(duì)臨床使用消化內(nèi)鏡消毒存放后細(xì)菌污染狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查監(jiān)測(cè),了解內(nèi)鏡存放后細(xì)菌學(xué)指標(biāo)以及不同存放環(huán)境對(duì)內(nèi)鏡細(xì)菌數(shù)的影響。方法 2012年11月-2013年6月對(duì)消毒后胃鏡、腸鏡進(jìn)行采樣檢測(cè);隨機(jī)放置于鏡房、鏡柜內(nèi),存放15、63h后,再次對(duì)內(nèi)鏡進(jìn)行采樣檢測(cè);同時(shí),監(jiān)測(cè)鏡房、鏡柜內(nèi)溫度、濕度,空氣及物體表面細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)。結(jié)果存放后內(nèi)鏡共采樣174份,細(xì)菌超標(biāo)9份,超標(biāo)率為5.17%,超標(biāo)9份均為存放63h后內(nèi)鏡,存放15h內(nèi)鏡全部合格,未檢出致病菌;鏡房空氣、物體表面、內(nèi)鏡表面合格率分別為93.60%、97.80%、96.59%,鏡柜空氣、內(nèi)鏡表面合格率均為100.00%,內(nèi)鏡合格率為93.02%。結(jié)論消毒后內(nèi)鏡存放15h細(xì)菌超標(biāo)率極低,使用前不用再次消毒;若存放時(shí)間≥63h,則存在細(xì)菌數(shù)超標(biāo),建議使用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行消毒,鏡房、鏡柜均可用于內(nèi)鏡存放,但應(yīng)對(duì)存放條件進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and monitor the bacterial contamination after disinfection and storage of digestive endoscopy in clinic, and to understand the effect of different storage environment on the bacterial number of endoscope.Methods from November 2012 to June 2013, the gastroscope and enteroscopy were sampled and tested, and then the endoscope was sampled and tested again after 1563 hours of storage in the mirror room and cabinet, and the temperature and humidity in the mirror room were monitored, and the temperature and humidity in the mirror room were monitored.Number of bacterial colonies on air and object surfaces.Results A total of 174 samples of endoscopy were collected after storage, 9 samples of bacteria exceeded the standard, the rate of exceeding the standard was 5.17, and 9 samples exceeded the standard for 63 hours after storage, all the endoscopes were qualified after storage for 15 hours, no pathogenic bacteria were detected, the air in the mirror room, the surface of the object, and the surface of the object were not detected.The qualified rate of endoscope surface was 93.60% and 97.80% respectively. The qualified rate of air and surface of mirror cabinet was 100.000.The qualified rate of endoscopy was 93.02%.Conclusion the rate of bacteria exceeding the standard for 15 hours after disinfection is very low and no re-disinfection is necessary before use. If the storage time is more than 63 hours, the number of bacteria will exceed the standard. It is suggested that disinfection should be carried out before use, and both the mirror room and the mirror cabinet should be used for endoscope storage.However, storage conditions should be monitored.
