【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)療機構(gòu)潔凈手術(shù)室的潔凈技術(shù)性能,對潔凈效果進行評估。方法采用儀器檢測法,對寧波市5所醫(yī)院的所有潔凈手術(shù)室及輔助用房的潔凈性能指標進行檢測。結(jié)果Ⅰ級潔凈區(qū)域≥0.5μm塵埃粒子數(shù)合格率為83.36%,Ⅱ級區(qū)域和通道塵埃粒子數(shù)潔凈合格率為100%。最小新風量合格率90.2%,相對濕度合格率87.80%,沉降菌潔凈合格率82.90%,換氣次數(shù)合格率80.40%。結(jié)論 5家醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的潔凈手術(shù)室多數(shù)潔凈指標都存在不合格現(xiàn)象,特別是高潔凈度區(qū)域合格率更低,有待加強管理。
