【摘要】：目的了解越城區(qū)兒童入托入學(xué)查驗接種證工作現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)查驗過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,并提出相應(yīng)對策。方法收集越城區(qū)2012年查驗入托入學(xué)兒童預(yù)防接種證的基礎(chǔ)資料及統(tǒng)計報表,采用Excel進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果全區(qū)共查驗托幼機構(gòu)99所、小學(xué)27所,分別占應(yīng)查托幼機構(gòu)和小學(xué)數(shù)的93.40%和100%。應(yīng)查驗兒童10 291名,入托及入學(xué)兒童的查驗率分別為98.24%和99.74%;預(yù)防接種證持有率為98.56%;補辦兒童預(yù)防接種證人數(shù)135名,補證率分別為83.33%和98.77%,補種疫苗2 070人,補種率分別為86.56%和93.45%。其中常住及流動兒童查驗率為99.92%和95.87%,持證率分別為99.58%和95.87%;補證率分別為100.00%和89.47%;全程補種率分別為95.91%和85.44%。入托入學(xué)兒童未完成補種的主要原因是查驗差錯,占37.38%。結(jié)論無證幼兒園是入托入學(xué)查驗預(yù)防接種證工作的死角,外來流動兒童是工作的重點人群,教育機構(gòu)無專業(yè)校醫(yī),是影響此項工作的主要因素。
