【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心工作人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀,分析影響因素,探討提高手衛(wèi)生依從性的對(duì)策。方法采用隨機(jī)抽樣觀察法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心工作人員手執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察記錄,以問(wèn)卷方式進(jìn)行手衛(wèi)生知識(shí)調(diào)查。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心護(hù)理人員對(duì)六步洗手法執(zhí)行率為40.19%,采用速干手消毒劑執(zhí)行率為27.12%。普通工人對(duì)六步洗手法執(zhí)行率為28.88%,采用速干手消毒劑執(zhí)行率為17.88%。手衛(wèi)生知識(shí)欠缺和洗手方法不正確是影響手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率的主要因素。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心工作人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率較低,手衛(wèi)生知識(shí)和技能欠缺,主要對(duì)策是加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)和提高法規(guī)意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of hand hygiene of staff in hospital disinfection and supply center, analyze the influencing factors and explore the countermeasures to improve the compliance of hand hygiene.Methods A random sampling observation method was used to investigate hand hygiene knowledge of staff of disinfection and supply center in a hospital.Results the execution rate of the six-step hand-washing method was 40.19 for the nursing staff of the disinfection and supply center of the hospital and 27.12 for the quick drying hand disinfectant.The execution rate of six steps hand washing method was 28.88 and that of quick drying hand disinfectant was 17.88.Lack of hand hygiene knowledge and incorrect hand-washing methods are the main factors affecting hand hygiene implementation rate.Conclusion the execution rate of hand hygiene and hand hygiene knowledge and skills of the staff in the disinfection and supply center of the hospital are low. The main countermeasures are to strengthen special training and raise the awareness of regulations.
