【摘要】：目的探討深圳市兒童血清中微量元素硒(Se)水平與手足口病感染的相關(guān)性。方法于2013-2015年間在深圳市兒童醫(yī)院采集手足口病病例422例和健康兒童208例的咽拭子/肛拭子樣本及血樣。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR檢測(cè)咽拭子/肛拭子病原體類型。用電感耦合等離子質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)分析血清中Se含量。結(jié)果病例組血清Se水平低于對(duì)照組(P0.001),而在重癥與輕癥間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.371);重癥、輕癥和健康組血清Se水平在性別間差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在重癥和輕癥組中,≤3歲患兒血清Se水平均低于3歲組患兒(P0.05),而健康兒童年齡組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.207);血清Se水平在EV71、CA16與其他病毒感染組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.985);Spearman秩相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示病情與血清Se水平負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.001),同時(shí)Logistic回歸結(jié)果顯示高Se水平是手足口病患兒的保護(hù)因素(OR值1,P0.05)。結(jié)論兒童手足口病感染與微量元素Se有關(guān),加強(qiáng)兒童血清Se水平監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估,做到及時(shí)補(bǔ)充,對(duì)增強(qiáng)免疫力和改善病情具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between serum selenium (se) and infection of HFMD in children in Shenzhen. Methods 422 HFMD cases and 208 healthy children were collected from Shenzhen Children's Hospital from 2013 to 2015. Methods pharynx swabs / anal swabs were collected from 208 healthy children. The pathogen types of pharynx swab and anal swab were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The serum se content was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the serum se level in the case group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.001), while in the control group, the level of se in the patient group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.001). There was no significant difference between severe and mild diseases. There was no significant difference in serum se levels between the two groups (P 0.05), while in the severe and mild groups, there was no significant difference in serum se levels between the two groups.
