【摘要】：目的觀察自行研制的口腔綜合治療臺水路系統(tǒng)臭氧水消毒機的消毒效果,探索最優(yōu)消毒方案。方法使用臭氧水消毒機生成約2mg/L濃度的臭氧水對14臺口腔綜合治療臺水路系統(tǒng)進行沖洗消毒,分別采集消毒前及消毒1、3、5、10min后手機出水口水樣,經37℃、48h培養(yǎng)后觀察計菌落數,采用SPSS軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果口腔綜合治療臺水路系統(tǒng)污染嚴重,消毒前手機出水水樣菌落數達(2336±837)CFU/ml;各消毒組水樣菌落數與消毒前相比差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),對細菌滅活率在沖洗消毒1min后達到92.98%,并隨沖洗時間延長而提高,沖洗5min后各消毒組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,沖洗10min后對細菌滅活率達99.57%。結論臭氧水消毒高效可靠,可代替常用的次氯酸鈉消毒劑沖洗消毒口腔綜合治療臺水路系統(tǒng),2mg/L濃度的臭氧水作用3~5min可達到最佳效果。
