外科洗手用水細菌污染及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:目的研究醫(yī)院手術室外科洗手用水細菌污染超標的原因,進行水質(zhì)持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進。方法采用現(xiàn)場采樣和細菌檢驗方法,對某醫(yī)院手術室術前洗手用水進行監(jiān)測,提出改進措施。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院手術室術前洗手用水采用儲水式熱水器供37℃熱水,水中細菌超標率達62.5%。將儲水式熱水器水溫調(diào)至75℃再與冷水混合供應暖水,細菌超標率仍為51.4%。經(jīng)對熱水器內(nèi)膽徹底清洗消毒后,以80℃熱水與冷水混合使用,或在夏季直接供應市政自來水,細菌總數(shù)均不超標。結(jié)論醫(yī)院使用儲水式熱水器供水容易受到污染,需要定期清洗消毒熱水器,或在夏季直接引入市政供水均可避免洗手水污染。
