【摘要】：目的了解石嘴山市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒滅菌工作質(zhì)量,探討影響醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果的因素,為指導(dǎo)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽樣和細(xì)菌檢驗(yàn)的方法,對(duì)2013年石嘴山市各類(lèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果共采樣1 033份,合格912份,平均合格率88.29%,綜合醫(yī)院合格率最高,為96.61%;個(gè)體診所合格率最低,為65.65%。壓力蒸汽滅菌器合格率為100%,使用中的消毒液、物體表面、醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生和空氣合格率分別為92.11%、89.47%、85.05%和78.79%。結(jié)論石嘴山市各類(lèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量狀況整體較好,個(gè)別醫(yī)護(hù)人員缺乏消毒意識(shí),無(wú)菌操作程序淡化,消毒工作有待進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Shizuishan City, to explore the factors influencing the disinfection effect of medical institutions, and to provide scientific basis for guiding the disinfection work of medical institutions. Methods the methods of spot sampling and bacterial examination were adopted. In 2013, the disinfection effect of various medical institutions in Shizuishan City was monitored. Results 1033 samples were collected, 912 qualified samples, and the average qualified rate was 88.29. The qualified rate of general hospital was the highest (96.61), and the qualified rate of individual clinic was the lowest. The qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 100. The qualified rates of disinfection solution, surface of object, hand hygiene and air of medical staff were 92.11, 89.4747and 85.05% and 78.79 respectively. Conclusion the disinfection quality of various medical institutions in Shizuishan City is good as a whole. Individual medical staff lack disinfection consciousness, aseptic operation procedure desalination, disinfection work need to be further improved.
