【摘要】：目的:評價改良耳周切口在腮腺淺葉腫瘤切除術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價值。方法:采用改良耳周切口,實施功能性腮腺切除術(shù)16例,觀察該入路的術(shù)野暴露、美觀程度及面癱、Frey′s綜合征、耳垂麻木、涎瘺等并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:所有病例術(shù)野暴露良好,均完整切除腫瘤。術(shù)后面神經(jīng)暫時性麻痹2例(12.5%),暫時性耳垂麻木6例(37.5%),均在1~3個月后緩解;無涎瘺及Frey′s綜合征發(fā)生。術(shù)后3個月患者平均客觀美容滿意度評分9.2分,所有患者對術(shù)后美容效果滿意。隨訪6~30個月,中位隨訪期22個月,未見腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:改良耳周切口應(yīng)用于腮腺淺葉腫瘤切除,術(shù)野暴露良好、切口相對隱蔽、術(shù)后美容效果良好、無明顯并發(fā)癥,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of modified periauricular incision in parotidectomy. Methods: 16 cases of functional parotidecectomy were performed with modified periauricular incision. The incidence of complications such as surgical field exposure, aesthetic degree and facial paralysis, Frey's syndrome, earlobe numbness and saliva fistula were observed. Results: the surgical field was well exposed and the tumor was resected completely.
