【摘要】：正患者男,60歲,自出生始即舌下即出現(xiàn)一包塊,因無(wú)癥狀,一直未予處理;3天前包塊驟然增大,影響呼吸及進(jìn)食。查體:包塊占據(jù)整個(gè)口腔,致舌體不能伸出。CT:舌下方見(jiàn)一包塊,邊界清晰,CT值約36HU(圖1A)。MRI:舌下部見(jiàn)類橢圓形短T1、稍長(zhǎng)T2包塊,大小約2.72cm×3.69cm×4.28cm,與周圍組織界限清晰(圖1B、1C)。超聲:舌骨和下頜骨之間舌下部見(jiàn)包塊,邊界清,內(nèi)部呈液性伴點(diǎn)狀回聲(圖1D)。行口底腫物切除術(shù),術(shù)后病理:腫物包膜完整,界限清,內(nèi)含褐色液體,壁厚約
[Abstract]:The male patient was 60 years old. A lump appeared under the tongue immediately after birth. Because of asymptomatic symptoms, the mass suddenly increased 3 days before treatment, affecting breathing and eating. Body examination: the mass occupied the whole oral cavity, resulting in the tongue body not being able to protrude. CT: a mass was seen under the tongue. The CT value of the lower part of the tongue was about 36HU (Fig. 1A) .MRI: the lower part of the tongue appeared ellipsoid short T 1, slightly longer T 2 mass, the size of which was about 2.72cm 脳 3.69cm 脳 4. 28 cm, and the boundary with the surrounding tissue was clear (fig. 1B 1 C). Ultrasound: the lower part of the tongue between the hyoid bone and the mandible showed a mass with a clear boundary and a liquid interior with a punctate echo (Fig. 1D). Excision of the floor of the mouth, postoperative pathology: the capsule of the tumor is complete, the boundary is clear, it contains brown liquid, and the wall thickness is about.
