【摘要】：目的:通過觀察蛇毒凝血酶在下頜低位埋伏阻生智齒拔除術中應用與否的術后出血情況,評價蛇毒凝血酶在減少拔牙術后出血方面的臨床療效。方法:將需拔除下頜低位埋伏阻生智齒的267例患者隨機分為試驗組與對照組,試驗組術前0.5h局部注射蛇毒凝血酶1單位,其它操作相同。結(jié)果:試驗組135例中,術后40min出血0例,24h后出血1例;對照組132例中,術后40min出血5例,24h后出血7例。兩組數(shù)據(jù)比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:蛇毒血凝酶在拔牙術中應用可有效減少術后出血。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of snake venom thrombin on reducing bleeding after extraction of impacted mandibular impacted teeth by observing the bleeding of snake venom thrombin.Methods: 267 patients with mandibular low impacted impacted teeth were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given local injection of snake venom thrombin 1 unit 0.5 hours before operation, other procedures were the same.Results: of 135 cases in the trial group, 1 case was bleeding after 24 hours of postoperative 40min bleeding, and 7 cases in the control group (5 cases after 24 hours of 40min bleeding).There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion: the application of snake venom hemagglutinin in tooth extraction can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding.
