【摘要】：目的探討中文版劍橋前瞻性記憶測(cè)試量表(C-CAMPROMPT)計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)量用于慢性精神分裂癥患者前瞻性記憶(PM)功能評(píng)估的臨床信效度。方法選取年齡、性別、受教育年限相匹配的慢性精神分裂癥患者(病例組)以及健康對(duì)照(對(duì)照組)各50例。以C-CAMPROMPT計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)量評(píng)估PM功能;以韋氏成人記憶量表第四版中文版(WMS-Ⅳ)評(píng)估邏輯記憶(LM)及視覺(jué)記憶(VR);以威斯康星卡片分類(lèi)測(cè)驗(yàn)(WCST)評(píng)估執(zhí)行功能;以言語(yǔ)流暢性測(cè)驗(yàn)(CFT)評(píng)估處理速度;進(jìn)行C-CAMPROMPT的臨床信效度分析。結(jié)果該量表的重測(cè)信度和分半信度(Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù))分別為0.981和0.627(均P0.001),內(nèi)部一致性信度(Cronbachα系數(shù))為0.742。病例組PM總分及各個(gè)因子、條目得分均低于對(duì)照組(均P0.05)。病例組PM與LM、VR、WCST-CC、CFT正相關(guān)(r=0.34~0.89,P0.05)。判別分析顯示量表的靈敏度為86%,特異度為92%,符合率為89%。探索性因子分析將量表的所有條目聚為2個(gè)因子(累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率61.46%)。結(jié)論 C-CAMPROMPT計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)量在慢性精神分裂癥患者PM功能評(píng)估中具有較好的臨床信效度,是一個(gè)敏感性較高、適用性較強(qiáng)且穩(wěn)定的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical reliability and validity of Chinese Cambridge prospective memory Test scale (C-CAMPROMPT) in evaluating (PM) function of prospective memory in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 50 patients with chronic schizophrenia (case group) and 50 healthy controls (control group) matched with age, sex and educational years were selected. PM function was evaluated by C-CAMPROMPT computer measurement, logical memory (LM) and visual memory (VR); were evaluated by Wechlich Adult memory scale fourth Edition Chinese Edition (WMS- IV), execution function was evaluated by (LM) by Wechinz Card sorting Test (WCST), processing speed was evaluated by speech fluency test (CFT), and clinical reliability and validity of C-CAMPROMPT were analyzed. Results the test-retest reliability and split-half reliability (Pearson correlation coefficient) of the scale were 0.981 and 0.627 (all P0.001, respectively), and the internal consistency reliability (Cronbach 偽 coefficient) was 0.742. The total score of PM and the scores of each factor and item in the case group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).
