【摘要】：目的探討抑郁自評量表評分在青少年急性中毒事件中的作用。方法將本院收治的年齡在14~20歲之間的急性中毒患者123名分為主觀故意中毒組和意外中毒組。采用抑郁自評量表計分方法對每名患者進行調(diào)查評分,分析不同分值與青少年急性中毒事件之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果根據(jù)抑郁自評量表評分進行分組后,主觀故意中毒組青少年的評分分值較意外中毒患者明顯增高(P0.05)。結(jié)論抑郁自評量表評分分值增高,青少年自殺可能性增加,需要嚴密關(guān)注SDS分值大于20分的青少年心理活動。抑郁自評量表評分方法簡單、快捷,可以在青少年中推廣使用,從而早期發(fā)現(xiàn)心理異常者,予以防范。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of self-rating depression scale (SDS) score on acute poisoning in adolescents. Methods 123 patients aged between 14 and 20 years old were divided into subjective intentional poisoning group and accidental poisoning group. The self-rating depression scale (SDS) was used to investigate and score each patient, and the relationship between different scores and acute poisoning events in adolescents was analyzed. Results after grouping according to the score of self-rating depression scale, the score of adolescents in subjective intentional poisoning group was significantly higher than that in patients with accidental poisoning (P 0.05). Conclusion the score of self-rating depression scale (SDS) is increased and the possibility of suicide is increased in adolescents. It is necessary to pay close attention to the psychological activities of adolescents whose SDS score is more than 20. The self-rating depression scale (SDS) scoring method is simple and fast, and can be popularized and used in adolescents, so as to detect psychological abnormalities in the early stage and prevent them.
