【摘要】：目的本研究以健康人群和慢性精神分裂癥病人為研究對象,初步探索兩者前脈沖抑制(prepulse inhibition,PPI)的影響因素。方法對50名健康成人(健康組)和75名精神分裂癥病人(病人組)進行了PPI測試和認知測試。認知測試采用重復神經(jīng)心理測查系統(tǒng)(Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status,RBANS)和Stroop色詞測驗,并用陽性和陰性癥狀量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)評定病人精神癥狀。結(jié)果 1)與健康組相比,病人組PPI抑制率降低(9.4%±29.3%vs 31.7%±26.2%,P0.001);病人組RBANS總分及其5因子分數(shù)、Stroop顏色和詞語干擾時間[(370.0±48.5),(55.5±15.5),(79.7±15.8),(77.9±12.3),(91.8±12.2),(65.3±18.3),(7.6±6.9)s,(24.5±12.9)s]與健康組的差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。2)健康人群PPI的影響因素分析:單因素分析顯示,健康組性別(P0.05)、吸煙量(r=0.29,P0.05)、RBANS總分(r=0.30,P0.05)、注意因子得分(r=0.29,P0.05)對PPI抑制率的影響具有統(tǒng)計學意義;多因素嶺回歸分析顯示,健康組嶺參數(shù)k=2.95模型穩(wěn)定,R~2=0.33,PPI抑制率受到性別、吸煙量、RBANS總分、注意因子分的影響(P0.05)。3)慢性精神分裂癥病人PPI的影響因素分析:單因素分析顯示,病人組吸煙量(r=0.23,P0.05)、復發(fā)次數(shù)(3次vs≤3次,P0.05)對PPI抑制率的影響差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義;多因素嶺回歸分析顯示,病人組嶺參數(shù)k=2.58模型穩(wěn)定,R~2=0.26,PPI抑制率受到性別、吸煙量和復發(fā)次數(shù)的影響(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PPI抑制率是反映感覺門控功能的指標,健康人群和慢性精神分裂癥病人PPI的影響因素不盡相同。女性、吸煙可能是精神分裂癥病人感覺門控的保護性因素,而發(fā)病次數(shù)過多可能對精神分裂癥病人感覺門控功能有損害。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of prepulse inhibition (PPI) in healthy people and patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 50 healthy adults (healthy group) and 75 schizophrenic patients (patient group) were tested with PPI and cognitive tests. The cognitive tests were performed with repetitive for the Assessment of neuropsychological status test (RBANS) and Stroop color-word test. The patients' mental symptoms were assessed with the positive and negative symptom scale negative Syndrome (scale PANSS). Results 1) compared with the healthy group, The inhibition rate of PPI in the patient group was decreased by 9.4% 鹵29.3%vs 31.7% 鹵26.2C, the total score of RBANS and its 5-factor scores, the color of Stroop and the time of word interference in the patient group (370.0 鹵48.5%) were significantly lower than those in the healthy group (79.7 鹵15.8 鹵79.7 鹵12.31.8 鹵65.3 鹵18.3s 24.5 鹵12.9s) and the difference between the healthy group and the healthy group was statistically significant (P 0.05. 2). The univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in PPI between the two groups. The sex of healthy group was P0.05, the total score of RBANS was 0.30 and P0.05, the score of attention factor was 0.29 and P0.05), and the multivariate ridge regression analysis showed that the inhibition rate of PPI in healthy group was controlled by sex and the total score of RBANS was 0.33% in K2.95 model, and the total score of RBANS was higher than that in control group. The influence of attention factor scores on PPI in patients with chronic schizophrenia: univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the inhibition rate of PPI between the two groups (P < 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05). Multivariate ridge regression analysis showed that the inhibition rate of PPI was influenced by sex, number of smoking and relapse times in patients with KG 2.58 model. Conclusion the inhibition rate of PPI is an indicator of sensory gated function, and the influencing factors of PPI in healthy population and chronic schizophrenia patients are different. In women, smoking may be the protective factor of sensory gating in schizophrenic patients, and the frequency of onset may impair the sensory gated function of schizophrenic patients.
