【摘要】：目的:探討戒毒工作人員與吸毒者的社會(huì)距離及其影響因素。方法:采用整群抽樣方法和鮑格達(dá)斯社會(huì)距離量表,調(diào)查分析戒毒工作人員與吸毒者的社會(huì)距離及其影響因素。結(jié)果:戒毒工作人員與吸毒者的社會(huì)距離得分為20.23±5.50;logistic回歸分析顯示,不同執(zhí)業(yè)現(xiàn)況、對(duì)于工作環(huán)境滿意度、毒品危害減輕知識(shí)知曉情況、毒品復(fù)吸原因評(píng)價(jià)的戒毒工作人員的組間社會(huì)距離得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05)。結(jié)論:戒毒工作人員社會(huì)距離得分較高,戒毒工作人員與吸毒者的社會(huì)距離較大;影響戒毒工作人員與吸毒者社會(huì)距離的因素有:執(zhí)業(yè)現(xiàn)況、對(duì)工作環(huán)境滿意度、毒品危害減輕知識(shí)知曉情況、毒品復(fù)吸原因評(píng)價(jià);應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)戒毒工作人員的執(zhí)業(yè)能力,提高其對(duì)毒品認(rèn)知和降低對(duì)吸毒者的偏見歧視。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the social distance and its influencing factors between drug addicts and drug addicts. Methods: cluster sampling and Baogdas Social distance scale were used. Results: the score of social distance between drug workers and drug addicts was 20.23 鹵5.50. Logistic regression analysis showed that the social distance between drug workers and drug addicts was satisfactory to the working environment. Drug harm reduction knowledge, drug relapse reasons evaluation of drug rehabilitation workers' social distance scores were statistically significant? Conclusion: the scores of social distance of detoxification workers are higher, the social distance between drug workers and drug addicts is larger, and the factors influencing the social distance between drug workers and drug addicts are: current practice status, satisfaction with the working environment, The knowledge of drug harm reduction and the evaluation of the reasons for drug relapse should be further strengthened in order to strengthen the training of drug abstinence workers to improve their cognition of drugs and to reduce their prejudice and discrimination against drug addicts.
