【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)雌激素聯(lián)合抗抑郁藥物治療我國(guó)圍絕經(jīng)期婦女抑郁癥狀的臨床療效。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)光盤數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CBMdisc)、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)、PubMed、Cochrane Library和Google學(xué)術(shù)等電子數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)置主題詞檢索1980年1月至2016年2月國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)表的關(guān)于雌激素聯(lián)合抗抑郁藥物治療我國(guó)圍絕經(jīng)期婦女抑郁的臨床效果評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。應(yīng)用RevMan5.1軟件對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)的研究數(shù)據(jù)及結(jié)果進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入15篇符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)合并結(jié)果顯示,與單獨(dú)使用雌激素治療組相比,雌激素聯(lián)合抗抑郁藥物治療組在有效率(RR=1.46,95%CI=1.29~1.66,P0.01)、HAMD評(píng)分(WMD=-4.61,95%CI=-5.63~-3.59,P0.01)和KMI評(píng)分(WMD=-5.83,95%CI=-11.12~-0.53,P0.01)3個(gè)方面差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論雌激素替代治療聯(lián)合抗抑郁藥物對(duì)臨床圍絕經(jīng)期癥狀及抑郁癥狀的治療及緩解效果顯著優(yōu)于單獨(dú)使用雌激素替代治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with antidepressants in the treatment of depression in Chinese menopausal women. Electronic databases such as the PubMedine Cochrane Library and Google academic, To search the literature published from January 1980 to February 2016 on the evaluation of clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with antidepressants in the treatment of depression in menopausal women in China. The data and results of the study were analyzed by Meta. The results were included in 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Compared with the estrogen treatment group alone, The effective rate of estrogen combined with antidepressant therapy group was significantly different in three aspects: the effective rate of estrogen combined with antidepressant therapy was 1.29 ~ 1.66N P0.01a Hamd score and WMD-5.63 ~ -3.59% P0.01) and KMI score WMD-5.8395CI-11.12 ~ (12) -0.53N P0.01.Conclusion estrogen replacement therapy combined with antidepressant therapy has statistical significance in the treatment of peri-menopausal and depressive symptoms in patients with menopausal and depressant symptoms. [WT5HZ] [WT5BZ] there are significant differences in the efficacy of estrogen replacement therapy combined with antidepressant drugs in the treatment of peri-menopausal and depressive symptoms. The therapeutic and palliative effects were significantly better than that of estrogen replacement therapy alone.
