【摘要】：目的： 動態(tài)觀察氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)、血栓前體蛋白(TpP)在急性腦梗死中的表達,并探討其臨床意義。 方法： 采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定(ELISA)法測定44例腦梗死患者急性期、恢復期組及30例健康對照者血清Ox-LDL和血漿TpP水平,并對腦梗死患者行美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評分,分析Ox-LDL、TpP在急性腦梗死中的表達及與NIHSS評分的關系。 結(jié)果： 腦梗死患者血清Ox-LDL和血漿TpP均較對照組升高,急性期組Ox-LDL及TpP顯著高于恢復期組及對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)；腦梗死組血漿TpP濃度與NIHSS評分呈正相關(P0.01),Ox-LDL濃度高低與NIHSS評分無關(P0.05)；腦梗死組Ox-LDL與TpP水平呈正相關(r=0.521,P0.05)。 結(jié)論： 急性腦梗死患者血清Ox-LDL、血漿TpP表達上調(diào),且其水平隨臨床病程不同而發(fā)生變化,它們可能共同參與了急性腦梗死的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程；血漿TpP可能與腦梗死嚴重程度相關,或可作為急性腦梗死病情及預后判斷的指標。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression of oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) and thromboprecursor protein (TpP) in acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods: the levels of serum Ox-LDL and plasma TpP in 44 patients with acute cerebral infarction, in convalescent group and 30 healthy controls were measured by (ELISA) assay. The (NIHSS) score of stroke scale of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) was used to analyze the expression of Ox-LDL,TpP in acute cerebral infarction and the relationship between Ox-LDL,TpP and NIHSS score. Results: the serum Ox-LDL and plasma TpP in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in the control group. The Ox-LDL and TpP in the acute phase group were significantly higher than those in the convalescent group and the control group (P0.01). There was a positive correlation between plasma TpP concentration and NIHSS score in cerebral infarction group (P0.01), but no correlation between Ox-LDL concentration and NIHSS score (P0.05), and there was a positive correlation between Ox-LDL and TpP level in cerebral infarction group (r = 0.521 P 0.05). Conclusion: the expression of serum Ox-LDL, TpP is up-regulated in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and its level changes with the clinical course. They may be involved in the occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction. Plasma TpP may be related to the severity of cerebral infarction, or may be used as an indicator of the severity and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
