【摘要】：目的:探討疏血通注射液對(duì)急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響。方法 :回顧性分析156例AMI患者資料,按治療方案的不同分為對(duì)照組(65例)和觀察組(91例)。對(duì)照組患者給予常規(guī)治療;觀察組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予疏血通注射液6 mL,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中,靜脈滴注,每日1次。兩組均連續(xù)治療5 d。觀察兩組患者的血管再通率、再通時(shí)間、再閉塞發(fā)生率,治療前后左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)、活化部分凝血酶原時(shí)間(APTT)、凝血酶原時(shí)間(PT)、纖維蛋白原(FIB)水平,不良心血管事件發(fā)生情況及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者血管再閉塞發(fā)生率、不良心血管事件總發(fā)生率均顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者血管再通率、再通時(shí)間、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者LVEF、APTT、PT均顯著高于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著高于對(duì)照組;兩組患者FIB顯著低于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,疏血通注射液可降低AMI患者的血管再閉塞發(fā)生率,改善心功能,減少不良心血管事件發(fā)生,且未增加不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection on the related indexes in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: the data of 156 patients with AMI were analyzed retrospectively. The patients in the observation group were given routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were given Shuxuetong injection 6 mL on the basis of the treatment in the control group, which was added to 5% glucose injection 250ml, and the control group was divided into two groups: the control group (n = 65) and the observation group (n = 91). Two groups were treated continuously for 5 days. The rate of recanalization, the time of recanalization and the incidence of re-occlusion were observed. Before and after treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), activated partial prothrombin time (APTTT), prothrombin time (PTT), fibrinogen (FIBs), adverse cardiovascular events and adverse reactions were observed. The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups in vascular recanalization rate, recanalization time and adverse reaction rate. The FIB of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the FIB of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Shuxuetong injection can reduce the incidence of vascular re-occlusion, improve cardiac function, reduce adverse cardiovascular events, and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions on the basis of routine treatment.
