【摘要】：類風濕性關節(jié)炎中超過50%的患者死于心血管疾病,其心源性猝死的發(fā)生率是非類風濕性關節(jié)炎患者的2倍,且更易發(fā)生惡性室性心律失常。類風濕性關節(jié)炎致心律失常的機制可能是全身慢性炎癥反應激活后,通過加速缺血性心臟病和充血性心力衰竭的發(fā)生發(fā)展,影響心臟電生理,從而促使心律失常的發(fā)生。因此,通過嚴格控制類風濕性關節(jié)炎疾病活動性以降低炎癥負擔,可能是減少類風濕性關節(jié)炎患者心律失常發(fā)生風險最有效的干預措施。
[Abstract]:More than 50% of rheumatoid arthritis patients died of cardiovascular disease, and the incidence of sudden cardiac death was twice that of non-rheumatoid arthritis patients. The mechanism of arrhythmia caused by rheumatoid arthritis may be that after the activation of systemic chronic inflammatory reaction, it may affect cardiac electrophysiology by accelerating the occurrence and development of ischemic heart disease and congestive heart failure. Therefore, to reduce the burden of inflammation by strictly controlling the activity of rheumatoid arthritis may be the most effective intervention to reduce the risk of arrhythmia in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
