【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,28歲,孕5產(chǎn)3,因"外陰腫物10+年,突發(fā)增大半年"于2016年3月12日入我院。患者于2006年首次發(fā)現(xiàn)陰蒂處有花生米大小腫物,未予處理,2015年8月因腫物突發(fā)增大,就診于外院,病理活檢提示藍痣,未予以特殊處理。2016年3月原腫物漸趨增大,且并發(fā)外陰新生腫物,來我院就診。患者既往體健,無家族性遺傳病史。入院查體:體溫37℃,心率94次/min,呼吸18次/min,血壓106/79 mm Hg(1
