【摘要】：目的:探討妊娠合并急腹癥的臨床特點(diǎn)及妊娠結(jié)局。方法:回顧分析2007年1月至2014年5月我院收治的69例妊娠合并急腹癥患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果:39例妊娠合并闌尾炎均行手術(shù)治療,術(shù)后流產(chǎn)1例,早產(chǎn)2例,切口感染3例。9例合并急性胰腺炎,2例手術(shù)治療,術(shù)后1例自行選擇流產(chǎn),1例自然流產(chǎn);7例保守治療成功。7例合并急性膽囊炎,保守治療3例,4例行手術(shù)治療,術(shù)后流產(chǎn)1例。5例合并腸梗阻,3例保守治療,2例保守?zé)o效行手術(shù)治療;4例合并泌尿系統(tǒng)結(jié)石,2例保守治療,2例手術(shù)治療。5例合并卵巢囊腫蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)均行手術(shù)治療,術(shù)后早產(chǎn)1例。所有病例中無(wú)孕產(chǎn)婦死亡,均痊愈出院,所有新生兒包括早產(chǎn)兒均存活。結(jié)論:早期診斷和積極有效干預(yù)有利于改善妊娠結(jié)局、提高臨床療效,確保母兒安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical characteristics and pregnancy outcome of pregnancy complicated with acute abdomen. Methods: the clinical data of 69 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute abdomen admitted in our hospital from January 2007 to May 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 39 cases of pregnancy complicated with diaphragm were treated in our hospital from January 2007 to May 2014. All patients with tail inflammation were treated by operation. There were 1 case of postoperative abortion, 2 cases of premature delivery, 3 cases of incisional infection and 2 cases of acute pancreatitis. One case of spontaneous abortion 1 case of spontaneous abortion and 7 cases of successful conservative treatment with acute cholecystitis. 3 cases were treated with conservative therapy and 4 cases were treated by operation. Postoperative abortion was performed in 1 case (5 cases) with intestinal obstruction and 3 cases with conservative treatment. 2 cases with urinary system stones and 2 cases with urolithiasis were treated by operation. 2 cases were treated by operation, 5 cases were treated with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, and 2 cases were treated by operation. All cases were cured and discharged. All newborns, including premature infants, survived. Conclusion: early diagnosis and effective intervention are helpful to improve the outcome of pregnancy, improve the clinical efficacy and ensure the safety of mother and infant.
