【摘要】：動(dòng)脈自旋標(biāo)記(Arterial Spin Labeling,ASL)技術(shù)作為一種新興的灌注成像技術(shù),能夠在無(wú)需對(duì)比劑下進(jìn)行無(wú)損成像,其臨床應(yīng)用日趨廣泛。本文闡述了多延遲ASL技術(shù)的量化原理,然后與正電子發(fā)射型計(jì)算機(jī)斷層顯像技術(shù)(Positron emission computed tomography,PET)和電子計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描技術(shù)(Computed tomography,CT)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析了該技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后,總結(jié)了多延遲ASL技術(shù)的臨床研究?jī)?nèi)容及科研前景,并探討了其在腦血管等疾病研究中的應(yīng)用,指出多延遲ASL技術(shù)對(duì)于腦血管等疾病的預(yù)防及治療具有巨大的潛力。
[Abstract]:As a new perfusion imaging technique, arterial spin labeling (Arterial Spin Labeling,ASL) can be used in nondestructive imaging without contrast agent, and its clinical application is becoming more and more extensive. This paper describes the quantization principle of multi-delay ASL, and compares it with positron emission computed tomography (Positron emission computed tomography,PET) and electronic computed tomography (Computed tomography,CT). The advantages of this technique in practical application are analyzed. Finally, the clinical research content and prospect of multi-delay ASL are summarized, and its application in the study of cerebrovascular diseases is discussed. It is pointed out that multi-delay ASL has great potential for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
