【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用經(jīng)會(huì)陰三維超聲觀察肛提肌裂孔評(píng)估盆底功能障礙性疾病患者的手術(shù)效果。方法選取手術(shù)治療的盆底功能障礙疾病患者45例作為手術(shù)組,同期體檢者34例作為對(duì)照組,采用經(jīng)會(huì)陰三維超聲對(duì)對(duì)照組及手術(shù)組術(shù)前、術(shù)后3~4個(gè)月肛提肌裂孔進(jìn)行觀察評(píng)估。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,手術(shù)組三種狀態(tài)下的肛提肌裂孔前后徑、左右徑及面積均明顯增大(P0.01);術(shù)后復(fù)查的手術(shù)組患者靜息、縮肛狀態(tài)下肛提肌裂孔前后徑、左右徑及面積明顯縮小(P0.05),但與對(duì)照組仍有差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)會(huì)陰三維超聲可以直接測(cè)量肛提肌裂孔大小,觀察其形態(tài)及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),可以對(duì)患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后的肛提肌裂孔進(jìn)行比較,用來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)盆底功能障礙性疾病患者的盆底功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the surgical effect of pelvic floor dysfunction by observing the hiatus of levator ani muscle by transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound. Methods Forty-five patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the operation group and 34 patients as the control group. Three dimensional transperineal ultrasound was used to observe and evaluate the levator ani muscle fissure before operation and 3 ~ 4 months after operation in the control group and the operation group. Results compared with the control group, the anterior and posterior diameter, left and right diameter and area of levator ani muscle hiatus in the operation group were significantly increased in three states, and the postoperative patients in the operation group were at rest and the anterior and posterior diameters of the levator ani muscle hiatus under the anus contraction state were at rest. The diameter and area of the left and right were significantly reduced (P 0.05), but there was still a difference between the control group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the size, morphology and internal structure of levator ani muscle hiatus can be measured directly by transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound. It can be used to evaluate pelvic floor function in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction by comparing the sphincter lacunae before and after operation.
