【摘要】：目的分析制霉菌素聯(lián)合碳酸氫鈉在預(yù)防腫瘤放療患者口腔感染中的作用,觀察其對(duì)患者口腔感染中的臨床療效。方法調(diào)查分析2010年2月-2015年1月242例腫瘤放療患者的臨床資料,按照漱口液的不同分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,對(duì)照組120例患者給予生理鹽水及口泰漱口液含漱,觀察組122例患者給予制霉菌素聯(lián)合碳酸氫鈉液含漱,對(duì)兩組患者的治療前后的口腔pH值、口腔感染和肺部感染及并發(fā)癥進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果治療前兩組患者的口腔pH值差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;經(jīng)過(guò)治療5、12d后,觀察組的pH值明顯高于對(duì)照組,且治療后,觀察組的口腔內(nèi)真菌感染率及肺部真菌感染率均明顯低于對(duì)照組,同時(shí)觀察組的各項(xiàng)并發(fā)癥也均顯著低于對(duì)照組,以上對(duì)比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用制霉菌素聯(lián)合碳酸氫鈉含漱,可以對(duì)口腔中病原菌起到較好的抑制作用,降低了口腔并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of nystatin combined with sodium bicarbonate on the prevention of oral infection in patients with tumor radiotherapy and to observe the clinical effect of nystatin combined with sodium bicarbonate. Methods the clinical data of 242 patients with tumor radiotherapy from February 2010 to January 2015 were investigated and analyzed. According to the different gargle, the patients in the control group were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. 120 patients in the control group were treated with normal saline and mouthfeel gargle. 122 patients in the observation group were treated with nystatin and sodium bicarbonate. The oral pH, oral infection, pulmonary infection and complications before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in oral pH value between the two groups before treatment, and after 512 days of treatment, the pH value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and after treatment, the pH value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The oral fungal infection rate and pulmonary fungal infection rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion nystatin combined with sodium bicarbonate gargle can inhibit the pathogenic bacteria in oral cavity and reduce the occurrence of oral complications.
