【摘要】：目的了解唐山市8~10歲小學(xué)生甲狀腺容積現(xiàn)狀,為開(kāi)展小學(xué)生甲狀腺腫大防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)地理分布特點(diǎn)將唐山市分為3個(gè)地區(qū),每個(gè)地區(qū)抽取1~2個(gè)縣區(qū),每個(gè)縣區(qū)劃分5個(gè)抽樣片區(qū),每個(gè)片區(qū)隨機(jī)抽取1所小學(xué),每所小學(xué)抽取40人,共對(duì)1 000名學(xué)生的甲狀腺進(jìn)行B超檢查。結(jié)果被調(diào)查小學(xué)生甲狀腺容積高于正常值者43人,甲狀腺腫大率為4.30%;8~10歲3個(gè)年齡組學(xué)生甲腫率(6.10%,3.04%,3.79%)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.062,P0.05);男、女生甲腫率(3.59%,5.01%)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=1.220,P0.05);南部、中部和北部地區(qū)學(xué)生甲腫率(8.00%,2.25%,1.00%)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=22.685,P0.05)。結(jié)論唐山市小學(xué)生甲腫率沿海地區(qū)高于其他地區(qū)。應(yīng)根據(jù)地區(qū)適當(dāng)調(diào)整食鹽碘含量,降低甲腫率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of thyroid volume in primary school students aged 8 years and 10 years old in Tangshan City, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of goiter in primary school students. Methods according to the characteristics of geographical distribution, Tangshan City was divided into three areas, 1 county and 2 counties in each area, and 5 sampling areas in each county.
