【摘要】：目的對比分析改良Soave根治術(shù)與改良Duhamel根治術(shù)治療小兒先天性巨結(jié)腸癥的效果。方法將118例該院收治的小兒先天性巨結(jié)腸癥患兒隨機均分為對照組和觀察組,各59例。對照組給予改良Duhamel根治術(shù)治療,觀察組給予改良Soave根治術(shù)治療。觀察并記錄兩組手術(shù)時間、手術(shù)出血量、術(shù)后禁食時間及術(shù)后住院時間等手術(shù)情況,比較兩組生活質(zhì)量和肛門功能評分及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組手術(shù)時間、手術(shù)出血量、術(shù)后禁食時間及術(shù)后住院時間均低于對照組(P=0.045、0.001、0.041及0.006);觀察組患兒生活質(zhì)量和肛門功能評分及優(yōu)良率均高于對照組(P=0.010和0.009);觀察組總體術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組(P=0.001)。結(jié)論改良Soave根治術(shù)治療小兒先天性巨結(jié)腸癥的效果優(yōu)于改良Duhamel根治術(shù),術(shù)后并發(fā)癥少,改善肛門功能,提升生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the effect of modified Soave radical operation and modified Duhamel radical operation on Hirschsprung's disease in children. Methods 118 children with Hirschsprung's disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with modified Duhamel radical operation, and the observation group with modified Soave radical operation. The time of operation, the amount of blood loss, the time of fasting and the time of hospitalization were observed and recorded, and the quality of life, the score of anal function and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results in the observation group, the time of operation and the amount of blood loss were observed. The postoperative fasting time and postoperative hospitalization time were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), the quality of life, anal function score and excellent and good rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.010 and 0.009), and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0. 001). Conclusion the effect of modified Soave radical operation on Hirschsprung's disease in children is better than that of modified Duhamel radical operation. The postoperative complications are less, the anal function is improved, the quality of life is improved, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
