【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在觀察金銀清瘟湯治療小兒EV71型手足口病肺脾濕熱證的療效,并探討其作用機(jī)制。方法:選取符合西醫(yī)EV71型手足口病和中醫(yī)小兒手足口病肺脾濕熱證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的臨床病例100例,隨機(jī)分為2組,治療組、對(duì)照組各50例。對(duì)照組予利巴韋林注射液,治療組予金銀清瘟湯和利巴韋林注射液,持續(xù)治療1周,觀測(cè)患兒治療前后癥狀、體征及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)的改善。結(jié)果:治療組于治療第4天及治療第7天在改善患兒癥狀、體征及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,臨床安全性指標(biāo)研究結(jié)果未顯示金銀清瘟湯對(duì)重要臟器有毒副作用。結(jié)論:金銀清瘟湯聯(lián)合西藥治療小兒EV71型手足口病肺脾濕熱證比單純用西藥治療效果佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Jinyin Qingwen decoction on febrile and spleen dampness and heat syndrome of hand, foot and mouth disease in children and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 100 cases with EV71 type hand, foot and mouth disease and children with hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was given ribavirin injection, the treatment group was treated with Jinyin Qingwen decoction and ribavirin injection for 1 week, and the improvement of symptoms, signs and related laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results: the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms, signs and laboratory results on the 4th day and the 7th day. The clinical safety index study did not show that Jinyin Qingwen decoction had toxic and side effects on the important organs. Conclusion: Jinyin Qingwen decoction combined with western medicine is more effective than western medicine in treating EV 71 hand, foot and mouth disease with dampness and heat of lung and spleen.
