【摘要】：目的：本研究通過(guò)運(yùn)用中醫(yī)六經(jīng)辨證,設(shè)立小兒汗證陽(yáng)明經(jīng)腑合病證型,擬大汗方觀察其治療陽(yáng)明經(jīng)腑證小兒汗證的臨床效果,初步探討大汗方治療小兒汗證的有效性,為治療開(kāi)辟新的思路,進(jìn)而更好的指導(dǎo)并應(yīng)用于臨床治療。 方法：將62例符合小兒汗證陽(yáng)明經(jīng)腑證,年齡在1～14歲的患兒作為研究對(duì)象,平行對(duì)照,治療組31例、對(duì)照組31例。根據(jù)患兒年齡大小,治療組和對(duì)照組分別口服大汗方湯劑和龍牡壯骨顆粒治療,連續(xù)服用4周后,進(jìn)行治療前后的治療組自身比較及與對(duì)照組在主癥療效和證候療效的比較,對(duì)大汗方治療小兒汗證的有效性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 結(jié)果：1.兩組患兒在性別、年齡及病程方面的比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),具有可比性。2.主癥療效：治療組痊愈20例、顯效0例、有效8例、無(wú)效2例,總有效率93.33%；對(duì)照組痊愈12例、顯效0例、有效13例、無(wú)效5例,總有效率83.33%。兩組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),提示在療效方面治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.證候療效：治療組痊愈13例、顯效12例、有效3例、無(wú)效2例,總有效率93.33%；對(duì)照組痊愈7例、顯效6例、有效12例、無(wú)效5例,總有效率83.33%。兩組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),在證候療效方面治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。4.兩次診治期間,治療組與對(duì)照組積分呈減少趨勢(shì),治療前后比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),提示癥狀隨著服藥的時(shí)間在逐漸改善。 結(jié)論：大汗方對(duì)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)腑證小兒汗證具有較好的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the syndrome type of syndromes of perspiration syndrome of Yangming meridian and to observe the clinical effect of Dahan prescription in treating the syndrome of infantile sweat of Yangming meridian syndrome by using the differentiation of six meridians of traditional Chinese medicine, and to explore the effectiveness of Dahan prescription in treating the syndrome of perspiration in children. For the treatment of new ideas, and then better guidance and application in clinical treatment. Methods: 62 cases of children with Yangming meridian syndromes according to the syndrome of perspiration in children, aged 14 years old, were used as the study objects. The treatment group (n = 31) and the control group (n = 31) were divided into two groups: control group (n = 31). According to the age of the children, the treatment group and the control group were treated with Dachan decoction and Longmu Zhuanggu granule respectively. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the treatment group was compared with the control group before and after treatment, and compared with the control group in the curative effect of the main symptoms and syndromes. To evaluate the effectiveness of Dahan recipe in treating children with sweat syndrome. The result is 1: 1. There was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease between the two groups (P0.05). There were 20 cases of cure, 0 cases of marked effect, 8 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffectiveness in the treatment group, while in the control group, 12 cases were cured, 0 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33 cases. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group. 3. Syndromes efficacy: in the treatment group, 13 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.33.1 in the control group, 7 cases were cured, 6 cases were effective, 12 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33 cases. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group in the effect of syndromes. 4. 4. The scores of the treatment group and the control group showed a decreasing trend during the two treatments (P0.05), indicating that the symptoms were gradually improved with the time of taking medicine. Conclusion: Dhanfang has better therapeutic effect on the syndrome of perspiration in children with Yangming meridian.
