【摘要】：目的：通過采集3歲以下肺炎患兒指紋（即食指橈側淺靜脈）圖像，以了解小兒肺炎指紋變化與中醫(yī)證候演變相關性。方法：利用BI-2000醫(yī)學圖像分析系統(tǒng)在日光燈及常溫下采集靜息狀態(tài)（患兒休息15分鐘以上或睡眠中）下符合納入標準的肺炎患兒的指紋圖像。采集自觀察日起第1、3、5、7、10天的圖像，并記錄患兒的中醫(yī)證候、臨床癥狀及體征；并在LabVIEW軟件和IMAQ VISION視覺開發(fā)平臺上進行二值化、閾值分割以及邊緣檢測等圖像處理分析，形成小兒指紋采集與處理系統(tǒng)。結果：共收集到肺炎患兒觀察108例病例。肺炎患兒指紋顏色、浮沉、淡滯和三關分布情況與中醫(yī)證候及其病情變化的關系，，基本符合“紅紫辨寒熱，浮沉分表里，三關測輕重”的觀點。結論：本課題成功將現(xiàn)代計算機技術應用到傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學的診斷中，使小兒指紋觀察更加客觀化，并將對現(xiàn)代科學技術引入中醫(yī)臨床研究的同類課題，提供方法上的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between the fingerprint of children under 3 years of age and the development of TCM syndromes by collecting the fingerprint images of children under 3 years of age (I. E. superficial radial vein of index finger). Methods: the BI-2000 medical image analysis system was used to collect the fingerprint images of children with pneumonia under the condition of rest (rest more than 15 minutes or sleep) under the fluorescent lamp and normal temperature. The images were collected for 10 days from the 1st day of observation, and the TCM syndromes, clinical symptoms and signs of the children were recorded, and the binarization, threshold segmentation, edge detection and other image processing analysis were performed on LabVIEW software and IMAQ VISION visual development platform. The system of collecting and processing the fingerprint of children was formed. Results: 108 cases of pneumonia were observed. The relationship between the distribution of fingerprint color, floating and heavy, light stagnation and three levels of pneumonia and the changes of TCM syndromes and their condition is basically in line with the viewpoint of "Red and Purple differentiation of Cold and Heat, floating and sinking in the Table, three levels in measuring the severity". Conclusion: this paper successfully applies modern computer technology to the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, makes the observation of children's fingerprint more objective, and provides the method for reference for the introduction of modern science and technology into the similar subjects of clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine.
