【摘要】：目的評價食品營養(yǎng)標簽健康教育對中學生的影響效果,為探討中學生營養(yǎng)標簽認知方法提供依據。方法采用隨機整群抽樣方法,從上海市閔行區(qū)公立學校中抽取2所初中和2所高中,隨機均分為干預組(428人)和對照組(562人)。對干預組開展營養(yǎng)標簽健康教育,并對干預效果進行評估。結果干預后,干預組對食品營養(yǎng)標簽知—信—行水平與對照組及干預前相比均有提高(P值均0.05)。干預后,干預組對食品營養(yǎng)標簽的總體知曉率從干預前的72.9%上升到96.6%(χ~2=45.730,P=0.000);認為營養(yǎng)標簽有必要標示的比例從干預前的81.9%上升到95.7%(χ~2=19.938,P0.01);購物時經常閱讀和參考營養(yǎng)標簽的比例從干預前的41.6%和32.1%分別上升到59.9%,42.5%(χ~2值分別為14.279,4.937,P值均0.05)。結論學校開展多形式的營養(yǎng)標簽健康教育活動,對提高學生營養(yǎng)標簽知識、態(tài)度、行為水平積極有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of food nutrition label health education on middle school students. Methods two junior middle schools and two high schools in Minhang District of Shanghai were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 428) and control group (n = 562). Nutrition label health education was carried out in the intervention group and the effect of intervention was evaluated. Results after intervention, the level of knowledge, trust and action of food nutrition label in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group and before intervention. After intervention, The overall awareness rate of food nutrition label in the intervention group increased from 72.9% before the intervention to 96.6kW (蠂 2 / 45.730) P0. 000, and the proportion of people who considered it necessary to label the nutrition label rose from 81.9% before the intervention to 95. 7% (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 19. 938 / P0.01); the proportion of regular reading and referring to the nutrition label during shopping was increased from the intervention to the proportion of regular reading and reference nutrition labels from the intervention. The former 41.6% and 32.1% were increased to 59.9% and 42.5% respectively (蠂 ~ 2 = 14.279 鹵4.937 P = 0.05). Conclusion various kinds of health education activities on nutrition label are effective to improve students' knowledge, attitude and behavior level of nutrition label.
