【摘要】：本試驗采用胚蛋注射技術研究孵化后期補充外源性營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)蛋氨酸對血液生化指標和胸肌發(fā)育的影響。選取300枚種蛋隨機分為2組,每組3個重復,每個重復50枚種蛋。在孵化第24天進行蛋氨酸注射,對照組不做任何處理,處理組注射1.5 m L蛋氨酸營養(yǎng)液(Met 5 mg/m L、Na Cl 7.5 mg/m L)。出雛后,每個重復選取體重均勻和健康的雛鵝20只進行飼養(yǎng)試驗,飼養(yǎng)28 d。結果表明:胚蛋給養(yǎng)蛋氨酸顯著提高了朗德鵝的初生重和7 d體重(P0.05),處理組顯著提高了0、7 d胸肌重(P0.05),有提高0 d胸肌指數(shù)的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),并且顯著提高了0、7 d的肌纖維直徑(P0.05);處理組有提高雛鵝血清中總蛋白含量的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),顯著提高了白蛋白含量并降低了血清尿酸含量(P0.05);處理組顯著提高了Myf5的相對表達量并降低了MSTN的相對表達量(P0.05)。試驗結果顯示,胚蛋給養(yǎng)蛋氨酸可通過調(diào)節(jié)Myf5和MSTN的m RNA相對表達量來促進胸肌的發(fā)育,促進了機體的生長。
[Abstract]:In this study, the effects of exogenous nutrient methionine on blood biochemical indexes and the development of pectoral muscle in late hatching stage were studied by embryo injection technique. 300 eggs were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 repeats in each group and 50 eggs in each group. On the 24th day of incubation, methionine injection was given to the control group without any treatment, and 1.5 mL methionine nutrient solution (Met 5 mg/m / L, Na Cl 7.5 mg/m L).) was injected into the treatment group. After hatching, 20 geese with uniform weight and healthy weight were re-selected for feeding experiment, and fed 28 d.
