低聚木糖對(duì)仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、肌肉組織營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分含量及肌纖維類型組成的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧添加不同水平低聚木糖(XOS)對(duì)仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、背最長(zhǎng)肌營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分含量及肌纖維類型組成的影響,探討XOS在仔豬飼糧中的最佳添加量及其對(duì)肌肉營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分和肌纖維類型組成的調(diào)控作用。試驗(yàn)選取健康的21日齡"杜×長(zhǎng)×大"斷奶仔豬120頭,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)5頭豬。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組(Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組)分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加100、250和500 mg/kg XOS的飼糧,試驗(yàn)期為56 d。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,每重復(fù)選取1頭接近平均體重的仔豬進(jìn)行屠宰取樣。結(jié)果表明:1)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組仔豬的平均日增重和平均日采食量顯著增加(P0.05),Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組平均日采食量顯著增加(P0.05),但末重和料重比各組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);2)各組之間背最長(zhǎng)肌粗蛋白質(zhì)、粗脂肪以及游離氨基酸包括亮氨酸、甘氨酸及天冬氨酸含量差異不顯著(P0.05),其他氨基酸含量試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組相比均有不同程度地升高或降低;3)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組肌球蛋白重鏈(MyHC)Ⅱa和MyHCⅡx mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量顯著增加(P0.05),Ⅱ組MyHCⅠmRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量與Ⅲ組相比顯著增加(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶α、沉默交配型信息調(diào)節(jié)因子2同源蛋白1和解偶聯(lián)蛋白3 mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量顯著增加(P0.05),但過(guò)氧化物酶體增殖物激活受體γ輔激活因子1αmRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量各組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。由此可知,仔豬飼糧中合理添加X(jué)OS能提高生長(zhǎng)性能,促進(jìn)慢肌纖維相關(guān)基因的表達(dá),推薦添加水平為100~250 mg/kg。
