壽光雞快慢羽自別雌雄配套系的建立與應用

【摘要】:試驗通過壽光雞和快羽系瑯琊雞進行測交,觀察后代中羽速和羽色的表型和分離比例。選擇具有純合基因的快、慢羽兼具黑色素擴散基因的壽光雞作為親本,建立快慢羽純系系譜F1代。選留F1代快羽公雞與慢羽母雞建立自別雌雄配套系。結果表明,黑羽對麻羽的遺傳方式是完全顯性遺傳;快慢羽純系后代快、慢羽比例分別達到99.72%和99.76%以上;羽速自別雌雄準確率公雛99.85%以上,母雛99.77%以上。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the phenotype and segregation ratio of feather speed and feather color in progeny, the experiment was carried out with Shouguang chicken and fast feathering line Langya chicken. Shouguang Chicken with homozygous gene, slow feather and melanin diffusion gene was selected as parent to establish F1 generation of fast and slow feather pure line. F 1 fast feathering cock and slow feathered hen were selected to establish their own female and male mating lines. The results showed that the genetic pattern of black feather to hairy feather was completely dominant, and the percentage of slow feathering was 99.72% and 99.76%, respectively. The accuracy rate of male and female is over 99.85%, and that of female is more than 99.77%.
