【摘要】：當前,我國畜牧規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖程度低,多數(shù)為散養(yǎng)戶,他們隨意亂拋病死畜禽,嚴重污染了環(huán)境。為維護公共衛(wèi)生安全,促進養(yǎng)殖業(yè)健康發(fā)展,河南省濟源市結合實際,探索建立病死豬無害化處理長效機制,建立病死豬無害化處理四大體系,采取主動報案、雙方到場、統(tǒng)一運輸、集中處理和全程監(jiān)管方式,對病死豬進行集中無害化處理,成效顯著。
[Abstract]:At present, the level of large-scale livestock farming in China is low, most of them are free-range farmers, they randomly throw away sick and dead livestock, which seriously pollute the environment. In order to maintain public health and safety and promote the healthy development of the breeding industry, Jiyuan City, Henan Province, combined with the actual situation, explored the establishment of a long-term mechanism for harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs, the establishment of four major systems for harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs, and took the initiative to report the case to the police, and both sides arrived at the scene. Unified transportation, centralized treatment and whole process supervision, centralized harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs, achieved remarkable results.
