【摘要】：在蛋雞養(yǎng)殖行業(yè),通過先前大量的生產(chǎn)實踐、科學(xué)實驗及科學(xué)研究已經(jīng)得出,蛋雞的生長過程、健康狀況、繁殖能力和飼料的利用率都會受到雞舍內(nèi)部環(huán)境的影響。雞舍內(nèi)部環(huán)境質(zhì)量的好壞已然成為影響蛋雞養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的主要因素。在我國中小型養(yǎng)雞產(chǎn)業(yè)中,溫濕度和光照強度這兩個環(huán)境因素,對蛋雞的健康生長和產(chǎn)蛋質(zhì)量及數(shù)量起著至關(guān)重要的作用,除此之外有害氣體含量和粉塵含量等其他環(huán)境因子也會有些影響。為了實現(xiàn)對禽舍環(huán)境的監(jiān)控,在考慮各種工作現(xiàn)場因素和單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,本文針對中小型養(yǎng)雞場設(shè)計了一套以STC89C52RC為主控芯片,集燈光控制與通風(fēng)控制一體的雞舍環(huán)境智能監(jiān)控設(shè)備。系統(tǒng)硬件由采集模塊、控制模塊和人機(jī)界面三部分組成,支持鍵盤輸入與數(shù)碼顯示。該系統(tǒng)可以采集影響雞生長的溫度、濕度、光照等主要環(huán)境參數(shù),并將采集到的參數(shù)值與設(shè)定值比較,以此來決定是否對雞舍內(nèi)的環(huán)境狀況做出調(diào)節(jié),從而實現(xiàn)雞舍內(nèi)部環(huán)境參數(shù)的自動控制。經(jīng)過軟硬件調(diào)試,最終實現(xiàn)了設(shè)計的基本要求。該設(shè)備成本低廉、使用方便、操作簡單、可靠性較高,具有很好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In the laying hens breeding industry, through a large number of previous production practices, scientific experiments and scientific research have shown that the growth process, health status, reproductive ability and feed utilization rate of laying hens are all affected by the internal environment of the henhouse. The quality of the internal environment of henhouse has become the main factor that affects the development and expansion of laying hens breeding industry. In China's small and medium-sized chicken industry, the environmental factors of temperature, humidity and light intensity play an important role in the healthy growth, egg quality and quantity of laying hens. In addition, harmful gas content and dust content and other environmental factors will also have some impact. In order to monitor the environment of poultry house, a set of STC89C52RC as the main control chip was designed for the small and medium scale chicken farm on the basis of considering all kinds of working field factors and the optimization design of single-chip computer system. Set lighting control and ventilation control of the chicken house environment intelligent monitoring equipment. The hardware of the system consists of three parts: acquisition module, control module and man-machine interface. It supports keyboard input and digital display. The system can collect the main environmental parameters, such as temperature, humidity, illumination and so on, and compare the collected values with the set values to decide whether to adjust the environmental conditions in the chicken house. In order to realize the automatic control of the internal environmental parameters of the chicken house. After debugging the hardware and software, the basic requirements of the design are finally realized. The equipment has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, simple operation and high reliability.
