【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究復(fù)合益生菌對肉鴿生長性能和免疫機(jī)能的影響。選取72對種鴿和144只1日齡乳鴿,乳鴿稱量初始體重后隨機(jī)分成4個(gè)試驗(yàn)組,每個(gè)試驗(yàn)組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)3對種鴿及6只乳鴿。各組飼喂相同基礎(chǔ)日糧,對照組補(bǔ)飼保健砂,Ⅰ組補(bǔ)飼保健砂+復(fù)合菌Ⅰ(6×10~7 CFU/g嗜酸乳桿菌+6×10~7 CFU/g乳雙歧桿菌),Ⅱ組補(bǔ)飼保健砂+復(fù)合菌Ⅱ(6×10~7 CFU/g乳雙歧桿菌+6×10~7 CFU/g糞腸球菌),Ⅲ組補(bǔ)飼保健砂+復(fù)合菌Ⅲ(6×10~7 CFU/g嗜酸乳桿菌+6×10~7 CFU/g糞腸球菌)。試驗(yàn)期56d。結(jié)果顯示,與對照組相比,Ⅱ組顯著提高了肉鴿的28和56日齡體重和平均日增重(P0.05)。Ⅱ組顯著提高了28日齡肉鴿的胸腺指數(shù)(P0.05);Ⅲ組顯著提高了56日齡肉鴿的脾臟指數(shù)(P0.05)。3個(gè)復(fù)合菌組提高了28和56日齡肉鴿血清中免疫球蛋白的含量,但均未達(dá)到顯著水平(P0.05)。綜上所述,保健砂中添加復(fù)合益生菌可提高肉鴿的生長性能、免疫器官指數(shù),并一定程度上能提高肉鴿的免疫力,其中乳雙歧桿菌和糞腸球菌組效果最好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of compound probiotics on growth performance and immune function of meat pigeon. Seventy-two pairs of breeding pigeons and 144 1-day-old squab were selected.
