【摘要】：為適應(yīng)西部地區(qū)苜蓿收獲的需要,研制了一臺(tái)履帶自走式苜蓿切割壓扁機(jī)。為此,進(jìn)行了整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和總體布置,完成了零部件的選型、設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)試制。該機(jī)采用靜液壓無(wú)級(jí)變速驅(qū)動(dòng)橋,實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,操控簡(jiǎn)便。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:樣機(jī)爬坡度可達(dá)30%以上,最高作業(yè)速度可達(dá)10km/h,接地比壓29k Pa,能夠較好地滿足山地苜蓿切割壓扁作業(yè)的需求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of alfalfa harvesting in the western region, a crawler self-propelled cutting and flattening machine for alfalfa was developed. For this reason, the whole machine structure design and general layout are carried out, the selection and design of parts and components are completed, and the prototype is trial-produced. The machine adopts hydrostatic stepless variable speed drive axle to realize stepless speed regulation and easy operation. The test results show that the slope climbing degree of the prototype can reach more than 30%, the maximum operating speed can reach 10 km / h, and the earthing specific pressure is 29kPa. it can meet the requirements of cutting and flattening operation of alfalfa in mountainous area.
