【摘要】：采血是基層獸醫(yī)工作者的重要操作技能,是實(shí)驗(yàn)室監(jiān)測(cè)樣品采集中常用的采樣方法。樣品采集的部位、方法,樣品的保存、運(yùn)輸?shù)拳h(huán)節(jié),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性有著關(guān)鍵性的影響。為采集無(wú)污染、足量的、符合實(shí)驗(yàn)室要求的血液樣品,盡可能減少對(duì)被采樣動(dòng)物應(yīng)激,根據(jù)多年在基層工作中的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)畜禽常用的采血方法及注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Blood collection is an important operational skill of primary veterinary workers and a common sampling method in laboratory monitoring sample collection.The location, method, preservation and transportation of samples have a key effect on the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.In order to collect the blood samples without pollution, sufficient quantity and accord with the requirements of the laboratory, and reduce the stress to the sampled animals as much as possible, according to the practical experience of many years' work at the basic level, the common blood collection methods and matters needing attention of livestock and poultry were summarized and summarized.
