梯度增溫對青藏高原高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳交換的影響

【摘要】:高寒草甸是青藏高原主要的草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)類型,對氣候變化非常敏感,研究高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳交換對升溫的響應(yīng)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。在青藏高原中部地區(qū)的高寒草甸,使用開頂箱法(open-top chambers,OTCs)設(shè)置不增溫對照(T_0)以及4個不同程度的增溫處理(T_1、T_2、T_3、T_4),采用CO_2紅外分析儀對生長季期間的碳交換進行連續(xù)3年的觀測。結(jié)果表明,4個增溫處理的5cm土壤溫度較之于不增溫對照分別增加1.73(T_1)、1.83(T_2)、3.03(T_3)以及3.53℃(T_4);土壤水分沒有發(fā)生梯度變化。觀測期間,凈生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳交換(net ecosystem carbon exchange,NEE)基本為負(fù)值,因此高寒草甸表現(xiàn)為碳匯。增溫小于2℃促進總生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)力(gross ecosystem productivity,GEP),但對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)呼吸(ecosystem respiration,ER)影響較小,因而促進NEE,即促進高寒草甸的碳吸收;但增溫大于3℃則抑制GEP,對ER影響較小,因而總體上對NEE產(chǎn)生抑制作用。綜上所述,在高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng),適度增溫促進碳吸收,增溫過度則降低碳吸收。
[Abstract]:Alpine meadow is the main grassland ecosystem in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is very sensitive to climate change. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the response of carbon exchange in alpine meadow ecosystem to temperature rise. Using open-top chambersOTCs) to set up a non-warming control (T _ S0) and four different degrees of heating treatment, the CO_2 infrared analyzer was used to observe the carbon exchange during the growing season for three consecutive years.
