【摘要】：登革病毒(DENV)不同血清型感染后,易導(dǎo)致抗體依賴(lài)增強(qiáng)反應(yīng)(ADE)的嚴(yán)重性疾病發(fā)生。2015年5月巴西流行寨卡病毒(ZIKV)后,截止至2016年11月,流行已擴(kuò)散到60多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū),毗鄰我國(guó)的一些東南亞國(guó)家也有報(bào)告ZIKV感染病例。近期有研究顯示,ZIKV和DENV的包膜(E)蛋白EDI和EDII兩表位引發(fā)的抗體或由此產(chǎn)生的單克隆抗體具有很強(qiáng)的交叉反應(yīng)性,易引起ADE的發(fā)生。我國(guó)沿海省份歷年時(shí)有DENV病毒流行,今后ZIKV流行事件極有可能發(fā)生,因此,由該病毒流行引起的嚴(yán)重性疾病發(fā)生我們必須要關(guān)注和提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:Infection with different serotypes of dengue virus (DENV) can easily lead to serious diseases that rely on an enhanced antibody response to (ADE). After the May 2015 epidemic of Zika virus (ZIKV) in Brazil, as of November 2016, The epidemic has spread to more than 60 countries and regions, and some Southeast Asian countries adjacent to China have also reported cases of ZIKV infection. Recent studies have shown that the antibodies induced by the EDI and EDII epitopes of (E) protein of ZIKV and DENV, or the monoclonal antibodies produced therefrom, have strong cross-reactivity and are prone to the occurrence of ADE. DENV virus has been prevalent in coastal provinces of China over the years, and it is very likely that ZIKV epidemic events will occur in the future. Therefore, we must pay attention to the occurrence of serious diseases caused by the epidemic of the virus and put forward some countermeasures.
