【摘要】：目的:探析乙型肝炎加急性肝衰竭病癥在解毒涼血治療下的臨床療效。方法:將2014年12月—2015年12月于醫(yī)院接受治療的90例乙型肝炎加急性肝衰竭患者選為分析的對(duì)象,并隨機(jī)將其分均為對(duì)照組與觀察組,對(duì)照組予以西藥治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上予以解毒涼血法治療,比較兩組患者的臨床療效、肝功能(凝血酶原活動(dòng)度(PTA)、總膽紅素(TBIL)、血清白蛋白(ALB))情況、并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況等。結(jié)果:觀察組的治療總有效率(97.78%)高于對(duì)照組(75.56%),肝功能指標(biāo):PTA(74.25±10.20)%、TBIL(121.85±30.10)μmol/L、ALB(45.56±6.23)g/L指標(biāo)均較對(duì)照組的PTA(50.45±10.25)%、TBIL(242.65±30.15)μmol/L、ALB(32.78±6.10)g/L指標(biāo)趨于正常值,且并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率(6.67%)低于對(duì)照組(35.56%),比較的結(jié)果均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:乙型肝炎加急性肝衰竭病癥在解毒涼血治療下的療效尤為顯著,不僅可以有效地改善患者的肝功能,而且降低并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率,值得臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of hepatitis B combined with acute liver failure in the treatment of detoxification and cooling blood.Methods: 90 patients with hepatitis B and acute liver failure who were treated in hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the objects of analysis. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with western medicine, and the control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with the method of detoxification and cooling blood on the basis of the control group.
