【摘要】：腎臟病動物模型一般分為二類,一類是通過施加人為操作而模擬人類腎臟病的模型,這類經(jīng)典的動物模型包括抗腎小球基底膜抗體腎炎、Heymann腎炎、抗Thy1.1抗體腎炎、BSA腎炎以及嘌呤霉素腎病等;另一類動物模型是"自然發(fā)病模型",也就是讓動物自然出現(xiàn)近似人類腎臟病的病理特征,它們包括HIGA小鼠Ig A腎病和NZB/WF1小鼠、MRL/1pr小鼠狼瘡性腎炎模型。另外,借助基因敲除、siRNA轉(zhuǎn)染等現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)也可以制作出轉(zhuǎn)基因動物模型。對于腎臟病領(lǐng)域的中藥藥效學(xué)、藥理學(xué)研究而言,首要的是,正確認(rèn)識各種腎臟病動物模型的特點(diǎn),針對實(shí)驗(yàn)的具體目的而選擇合適的模型;其次的是,需要病證結(jié)合動物模型的支撐。因此,建立具有中醫(yī)證候特征的腎臟病動物模型是今后的發(fā)展方向。

For the pharmacodynamics and pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of kidney disease, the most important thing is. Correct understanding of the characteristics of various animal models of kidney disease, according to the specific purpose of the experiment to select the appropriate model; Secondly, it needs the support of animal model of combination of disease and syndrome. Therefore, the establishment of kidney disease animal model with TCM syndrome characteristics is the development direction in the future.
