作為一部典型的反對極權(quán)主義的警世小說,喬治·奧威爾的《一九八四》對現(xiàn)代社會影響深遠,并享有國際盛譽。本文以極權(quán)主義的相關(guān)理論研究為基礎(chǔ),力求全面而深入地解讀極權(quán)主義,從而引起人們對現(xiàn)代極權(quán)主義主題的思考和重視。本文主要從運行機制,運行效果和現(xiàn)代啟示三方面詳盡解讀《一九八四》中的極權(quán)主義。并最終將極權(quán)主義的現(xiàn)代啟示意義作為本文的落腳點和歸宿,闡明極權(quán)主義在社會各領(lǐng)域無所不在、根深蒂固的特性,力圖喚醒人們對現(xiàn)代極權(quán)的關(guān)注和思考。
