馬丁路德金布道文的文體分析

馬丁路德金是本世紀(jì)最有影響里的人物之一。他被稱為“黑人之音”,而且在1964年獲得諾貝爾和平獎此殊榮。他是在文學(xué)上很有造詣的一名學(xué)者,幾乎每篇布道文都寫得很好,都是經(jīng)過遣詞造句和反復(fù)修改過的,是我們學(xué)習(xí)語言很好的語料。學(xué)習(xí)他的寫作方法可以使我們文筆生輝,談吐生色。這項(xiàng)研究的目的在于揭示馬丁是如何繼承并發(fā)展黑人布道的傳統(tǒng)的。風(fēng)格對牧師來說是打動人心的一種手段,所以深入研究馬丁布道文的風(fēng)格是很有必要的,解釋了為何他的布道文具有非凡的說服力。這項(xiàng)研究的意義在于以下三點(diǎn)。第一點(diǎn),為了發(fā)現(xiàn)馬丁布道文的語言風(fēng)格、修長特點(diǎn)和語篇結(jié)構(gòu)特色。研究表明馬丁布道文具有非凡說服力的其中一個原因就是他平實(shí),生動的語言。在布道文中,他用具體形象的語言描述了當(dāng)時黑人悲慘的生活狀況,鞭策種族歧視,種族隔離這些社會問題,并且表達(dá)了對運(yùn)動勝利的信心。使我們對當(dāng)時黑人的生活狀況有了非常具體的了解。第二點(diǎn),馬丁的布道文是英語教學(xué)很好的素材。平實(shí)的語言,生動的描述,對聽眾強(qiáng)大的感染力構(gòu)成他布道文的文體特色。通過修辭,句法,語篇等方面的分析,使得讀者能夠培養(yǎng)適當(dāng)運(yùn)用語言的能力，更好的欣賞這種文體特色。第三點(diǎn),這項(xiàng)研究運(yùn)用了文體學(xué)...
