【摘要】：在二十世紀(jì)的美國(guó)文壇上，索爾?貝婁是一位舉足輕重的人物，，作為一名猶太裔的美國(guó)作家，他身上集合了猶太的和美國(guó)的雙重經(jīng)驗(yàn)。貝婁的作品對(duì)二戰(zhàn)后人類的普遍生存處境傾注了關(guān)照，《雨王漢德森》是貝婁中年時(shí)的一部力作，其中通過(guò)描寫(xiě)一位美國(guó)猶太富翁由于精神生活極度空虛帶來(lái)的痛苦和在現(xiàn)實(shí)世界和觀念世界所進(jìn)行的探索,反映了二戰(zhàn)后豐裕社會(huì)中靈魂的衰亡和困境。 本文對(duì)《雨王漢德森》中所蘊(yùn)含的猶太意識(shí)進(jìn)行了挖掘，文章共分為四大章，第一章對(duì)索爾?貝婁思想中的猶太意識(shí)的來(lái)源作了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，第二章分析了小說(shuō)所體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的三個(gè)猶太母題，即“受難—救贖”母題、“父與子”母題及“流浪”母題，第三章從結(jié)構(gòu)、人物和意象三方面研究小說(shuō)中所運(yùn)用的猶太原型，第四章闡釋了小說(shuō)中所蘊(yùn)含著的猶太傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值，包括重視人和生命以及博愛(ài)精神兩部分。 本文細(xì)致解讀了小說(shuō)中的猶太歷史文化內(nèi)涵，以期讓讀者更好地把握《雨王漢德森》的寫(xiě)作主旨和文化深意。
[Abstract]:In the twentieth century American literature, Saul? Bellow is a very important figure, as a Jewish American writer, he gathers both Jewish and American experience. Bellow's works pay close attention to the general survival of mankind after World War II. Henderson the Rain King is a masterpiece of Bellow's middle age. By describing the suffering caused by the extreme emptiness of the spiritual life of an American Jewish millionaire and his exploration in the real world and the world of ideas, it reflects the decline and plight of the soul in the affluent society after the second World War. This paper excavates the Jewish consciousness in Henderson the Rain King. The article is divided into four chapters. The source of Jewish consciousness in Bellow's thought is briefly introduced. The second chapter analyzes the three Jewish motifs embodied in the novel, that is, "suffering-redemption", "Father and son" and "wandering". The fourth chapter explains the Jewish traditional values contained in the novel, including attaching importance to human beings and life and the spirit of fraternity. This paper interprets the Jewish historical and cultural connotations in the novel in order to make readers better grasp the main theme and cultural meaning of Henderson the Rain King.
