[Abstract]:Positive spermatogenesis refers to the process in which spermatocytes are transformed into spermatozoa through a series of division and differentiation, including proliferation of spermatogenic stem cells and their differentiation of its daughter cells, mitosis of spermatocytes and spermatogenesis. Many studies have shown that the mTOR signaling pathway is involved in various stages of spermatogenesis. This paper mainly reviews the role of mTOR signaling pathway in different stages of spermatogenic cell development. 1, mTOR signaling pathway mammalian rapamycin target protein.
