右旋美托嘧啶對大鼠切口痛模型脊髓NF-κB水平、血清IL-6的影響研究

【摘要】:目的探討右旋美托嘧啶對大鼠切口痛模型脊髓NF-κB水平、血清IL-6的影響。方法選取成年的SD雄性大鼠40只,隨機分為正常對照組10只,模型組和藥物組15只。模型組和藥物組建立切口痛大鼠模型,藥物組造模前采用右旋美托嘧啶進行腹腔注射。手術后2 h,對所有大鼠的脊髓NF-κB、P物質水平及血清IL-6水平進行檢測。結果手術后2 h,與模型組比較,藥物組大鼠脊髓NF-κB水平較低(P0.05);藥物組大鼠P物質水平較低(P0.05);藥物組大鼠血清IL-6水平較低(P0.05)。結論右旋美托嘧啶能夠明顯降低切口痛模型大鼠的血清IL-6水平,抑制脊髓NF-κB及P物質表達,對手術切割引起疼痛具有鎮(zhèn)痛作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetropyrimidine on the level of NF- 魏 B in spinal cord and serum IL-6 in rats with incision pain. Methods Forty adult SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 10), model group (n = 15) and drug group (n = 15). The model group and drug group were used to establish the model of incision pain, and the drug group was intraperitoneally injected with dextran before making the model. At 2 h after operation, the levels of NF- 魏 B P and serum IL-6 were measured in all rats. Results two hours after operation, compared with the model group, the level of NF- 魏 B in the spinal cord in the drug group was lower (P0.05), the substance P level in the drug group was lower (P0.05), and the serum IL-6 level in the drug group was lower (P0.05). Conclusion Dexmetopyrimidine can significantly reduce the level of serum IL-6, inhibit the expression of NF- 魏 B and substance P in spinal cord of rats with incision pain, and have analgesic effect on the pain caused by surgical incision.
