高海拔駐留時間對注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響

【摘要】:目的:考察高海拔缺氧對注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響的時間效應(yīng)。方法:采用隊列設(shè)計,追蹤測試23名首次進入高海拔地區(qū)(3650米)大學(xué)生的注意網(wǎng)絡(luò),三次測試分別完成于駐留一周、一個月和兩年。結(jié)果:注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的執(zhí)行控制功能受高海拔影響的時間效應(yīng)顯著。駐留一個月后執(zhí)行控制功能比一周時顯著上升,駐留兩年后的執(zhí)行控制功能比一個月時顯著下降,但仍顯著高于駐留一周時。警覺和定向功能的時間效應(yīng)不顯著。結(jié)論:高海拔駐留時間影響執(zhí)行控制功能,一周和兩年比一個月時顯著下降,推測其隨駐留時間延長呈現(xiàn)出先下降、后恢復(fù)、再下降的變化趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the time effect of high altitude hypoxia on attention network. Methods: a cohort design was used to track and test the attention network of 23 college students in high altitude area (3650 meters) for the first time. The three tests were completed in one week, one month and two years, respectively. Results: the time effect of executive control function in attention network affected by high altitude was significant. The function of executive control after one month of residence is significantly higher than that of one week, and the function of executive control after two years of residence is significantly lower than that of one month, but still significantly higher than that of one week of residence. The time effect of alertness and orientation is not significant. Conclusion: the residence time at high altitude affects the executive control function and decreases significantly in one week and two years as compared with one month. It is assumed that the altitude residence time decreases first then recovers and then decreases with the prolongation of residence time.
