白細(xì)胞對(duì)偏振光的散射特性及散射特性與細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:為了研究白細(xì)胞對(duì)偏振光的散射特性,運(yùn)用幾何光學(xué)近似理論修正偏振光傳輸?shù)乃雇锌怂?穆勒矩陣元,基于偏心球模型數(shù)值模擬了兩束偏振化方向互相垂直的偏振光入射時(shí),不同形狀、大小、折射率的無粒白細(xì)胞的散射光強(qiáng)空間分布以及散射特性與細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系。不同條件下偏振光散射三維分布圖像呈現(xiàn)不同的條紋特征,表明分布規(guī)律與細(xì)胞模型的形體參量和光學(xué)參量具有相關(guān)性。散射光強(qiáng)的差值、比值、差和比的分析結(jié)果表明,偏振光的后向散射反映了細(xì)胞內(nèi)部更豐富的結(jié)構(gòu)信息和光學(xué)信息。
[Abstract]:In order to study the scattering characteristics of polarized light by white blood cells, the Stokes-Muller matrix elements of polarized light transmission were modified by geometric optical approximation theory. The incident of polarized light with two polarized beams perpendicular to each other was numerically simulated based on the eccentric sphere model. The spatial distribution of scattering light intensity of granulocytes with different shapes, sizes and refractive index, and the relationship between scattering characteristics and cell structure. It is shown that the distribution law is related to the body parameters and optical parameters of the cell model, and the analysis results of the difference, ratio, sum ratio of scattered light intensity show that, The backscattering of polarized light reflects more abundant structural and optical information within the cell.
