【摘要】：目的:對(duì)正常成人Lisfranc韌帶的解剖學(xué)和影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行描述,為臨床提供依據(jù)。方法:對(duì)18側(cè)成人尸體標(biāo)本進(jìn)行解剖,測(cè)量分離出的Lisfranc韌帶,得到Lisfranc韌帶的詳細(xì)形態(tài)參數(shù),確定Lisfranc韌帶的走行;同時(shí)采用飛利浦Achieva1.5T雙梯度超導(dǎo)型磁共振成像儀對(duì)25名足部沒有畸形、創(chuàng)傷等病變的成人志愿者的50只足進(jìn)行掃描,獲得Lisfranc韌帶的影像學(xué)資料,利用系統(tǒng)自帶測(cè)量軟件測(cè)量Lisfranc韌帶在影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)上的詳細(xì)參數(shù);使用SPSS 17.0將得到的兩組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:在解剖學(xué)與影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)上,Lisfranc韌帶的長、寬、厚及韌帶起點(diǎn)到內(nèi)側(cè)楔骨近端關(guān)節(jié)面的距離比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05);而Lisfranc韌帶與內(nèi)側(cè)楔骨近端成角度數(shù)的解剖學(xué)和影像學(xué)比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:正常成人Lisfranc韌帶在解剖學(xué)及MRI表現(xiàn)上并不完全一致,影像學(xué)檢查為輔助檢查,而解剖學(xué)測(cè)量是確定正常成人Lisfranc韌帶走形及形態(tài)的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the Lisfranc of normal adult ligament anatomy and imaging findings were described, provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: the anatomy of 18 adult cadaver specimens, measuring isolated ligament of Lisfranc, get the detailed morphological parameters of the ligament of Lisfranc, determine the ligament of Lisfranc walking; at the same time using PHILPS Achieva1.5T dual gradient superconducting magnetic resonance imager on 25 foot without deformity, 50 foot trauma lesions in adult volunteers were scanned data of the ligament of Lisfranc imaging, the use of the system comes with software measurement measurement of Lisfranc ligament in imaging detail parameters on the performance of the SPSS 17; use the data of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results: in anatomy and the imaging findings, Lisfranc ligament length, width, thickness and the starting point to the medial cuneiform bone ligament proximal articular surface distance had significant difference (P0.05); While the Lisfranc ligament and medial cuneiform angle into proximal anatomy and imageology showed no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Lisfranc ligament in normal adult anatomy and the MRI performance is not entirely consistent, imaging examination for auxiliary examination, and anatomical measurement is the gold standard for determining the normal adult Lisfranc ligament shape and form.
